A leisurely Sunday morning. One big sister twirling in her pink dress. One little sister, milk-drunk and sleepy eyed. Sun peeking through the trees. Rolling park hills, speckled with sun glow. Devou Park was the perfect backdrop for the Weirich’s newborn session and first session as a family of four!

With all of the girls wearing their matching pink dresses and ruffle-butt onesies, Dan is one lucky Dad on this Father’s Day! It was wonderful to be able to capture these father/daughter moments. These first dad/daughter moments are extra special because Dan is now the father of these TWO sweet baby girls.

As a littlest daughter in my own, female-dominated family, I know Dan is in for a wonderfully wild ride. Nothing is better than having an attentive and loving Dad, And from my own Dad’s words (of a Dad of two daughters as well), officially being outnumbered by the beautiful, smart, and talented women in your life is such a blessing. Father/daughter dances. Playing catch. Playing dress up. Watching endless plays and musicals they put on for you. Laughing and giggling. Teaching them how to golf. I am so excited for your entire family looking out towards the future for you guys.

But for now, let’s stick with the twirling and the eat/sleep/repeat cycle for a bit, am I right? Dan + Desireé thank you coming out to Devou Park for your newborn session. I can’t wait until we get to hang out with you, Natalie, and Hannah again soon!
