Blue skies. Warm sunlight. Two beautiful girls in darling dresses. One Baby Pickles nestled between her loving family. One curious little two year old asking ‘what’s dis?’ One precious five year old be Aunt RaRa’s big helper. One strong, handsome Dad getting those darling girls giggle. And one stunningly strong Momma who got all 5 of them ready for their blessing of this Eden Park maternity session. This Harrigan family sure knows how to ‘wow’ a session!

Emma is already loving on her new sister!

It is always special for me when I get to photograph my own family. I started RMP about 6 months after Lauren was born, so this was our first Harrigan maternity session together! And guys, this maternity session is so special to me. We originally had planned for the session to happen in September this year. We moved it up earlier when we learned of some complications with this pregnancy. The littlest Harrigan was probably going to arrive much earlier than originally anticipated. With prayer and a bit of a miracle, it looks like Baby Pickles (Emma and Lauren’s nickname for her), should now be making her appearance right on schedule!! Special thank you to all our friends and family who kept Leah, Pickles, and the rest of the Harrigan family in their prayers.

With the celebratory news coming in just a few weeks ago, we decided to keep the good times rolling and continue with this session in June! This was such a joyful session. The girlies wanted to play in Eden Park’s pond, but I still got them to giggle a bit at silly Aunt RaRa. The few moments I was able to capture of just Leah and Ray are some of my favorite from this session. The blessing that good news can bring is clearly written on their faces.

Leah + Ray (Emma and Lauren), thank you for hanging out in the hot June evening at Eden Park with me! I love you all so much more than you will ever know. I cannot wait to meet Pickles and love on her just as much! Three daughters!!
