Guju Family | Eden Park

One early morning surprise rain shower. A long flowing dress. A smart button up. Cozy kiddos bundled up in fuzzy jackets with ears. The fall crunch of leaves beneath our feet. The pops of red, oranges, and yellows between the rain drops. A quiet park full of memories of dog walks. The joy of your football team winning their game spilling over into a joy-filled family session with the Guju family! This was the first time I met Austin, Eddie and their two precious twins, but it felt like I have known them for years. Austin’s warm and inviting personality was so apparent as soon as she got out of the car. How ARE you!? While the morning of their family session was filled with the bite of fall in the air, these two new parents filled their entire session with warmth and love.

As my RMP clients all know, usually the first couple of moments together I try and explain just how different a photo session feels like compared to real life! Those moments of ‘looks weird, feels great.’ And in this session, you two must have felt weird the entire session because you guys knocked this one out of the park! The coordinating fall colors. The giggling babies. The forehead kisses! All simply perfect.

The moment you see Eddie and Austin interact with their daughter, Drew and son, George, you know that these two were seriously made to be parents. These two are total and complete pros in the twin-handoff. Making juggling two beautiful babies look easy. I asked Austin if twins ran in their families, and it turns out these two blessings were a complete surprise! Eddie and Austin even joked before the had their ultrasound..what if there are TWO babies. Little did they realize.

Can you tell which is Drew and which is George (hint, Drew likes bows)!

And as you guys know, I love to be able to snag just a few moments for parents on family sessions. These few minutes can be such a perfect reminder of your own love story. Where your family first started. Together.

Austin + Eddie, thank you for sharing your family with me for your family session! It was a joy to meet you, George, and Drew. Keep those insta-stories coming, Austin! I love seeing their giggling faces!
