It was four days before Christmas. The sun peaked through the evergreens. The gravel at Rowe Arboretum crunched underneath our feet. Adeline’s stuffed teddy bear had to take a break from all the hide and seek he was playing. So he decided to take a nap on my head. Cue the giggles. Then, when Logan played “Come and Get Your Love,” and the dance moves started. The Renner Family knows how to break it down!

We could not have asked for a better December family session. Melissa and I had rescheduled their date, and I am so excited we did! As a photographer in Cincinnati in the winter, weather can be our best friend or not. For the Renner Family, we were blessed with 50 degree weather and this amaaazing light. I mean, look how precious Adeline is in her Rudolph fleece!

I am beyond excited to have your session as my last ‘Hit of 2017!’ It is perhaps one of the best feelings to meet a new client with a handshake and say goodbye with a hug.
